About Mediators
Richard Sparr earned his B.A. at The University of Texas at Austin. Richard has mediated over 6000 cases since beginning his career as a mediator in 1993. He has been licensed to practice law since 1984, after receiving his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. His law office, conveniently located near the San Antonio International Airport, can comfortably accommodate up to six parties. He often travels throughout Texas for clients and cases, and has mediated as many as 18 parties at once.
As a member of both the Texas State Bar and the San Antonio Bar, Richard Sparr has substantial trial experience and is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts.
